Every transaction also carries a ₱45 documentation fee and a valuation charge of 2% of declared value (minimum declared value ₱1,000). 12% EVAT is always applied at the end.
Save writes the quotation to the shared log once it is final and has gone to the customer.

Quotation
Manila ↔ Caticlan bills at the fixed SRB rate card, both directions, so the markup is not used there. Every other lane is priced from the airline charge plus this markup, with the one-time charge added on top.
Handling and last-mile fill automatically from their weight brackets on the server. Only pickup is entered by hand, and it is saved per lane in this browser.
Both boxes stay ticked for a real quote. Untick one to drop it out of the cost and see the margin without it. Nothing on the customer's quotation changes either way.
Manila ↔ Caticlan bills at the fixed SRB rate card, both directions: general cargo 40 / 38 / 36 / 34 per kg, perishables 50 / 48 / 46 / 44, with the one-time charge ladder 2,000 / 2,000 / 2,200 / 2,700 / 4,700. At 5 kg and below there is no per-kg freight, the shipment bills at the ₱2,000 minimum.
Every other lane bills at Cebu Pacific cost plus the markup above, default 20%. Markup applies to the CEB expense only, never to the one-time fee.
Cebu Pacific's cargo-triggered extras (valuable cargo uplift, CEB's 1% valuation, live animals, human remains, dangerous goods, cargo pouch, special handling, freight collect) stay on the cost side. They are already inside the Cebu Pacific expense and the card rate or the markup is what has to cover them. They never appear as customer charge lines.
Read the margin with these three caveats. The August 2026 accuracy audit found two inputs that still run light, and both flatter the margin shown here: the fuel surcharge moves month to month (₱1.40 to ₱2.70/kg across the audited sample, now defaulted to ₱2.50 — still worth confirming per booking), and Caticlan has billed a ₱400 minimum where the published floor is ₱200. The volumetric divisor is settled at 3,500 and is now the default. These rates are SRB's account rates. AWB 203-79565334 (15 Aug 2026), booked on SRB's own CEB account CP4909, matched the published sheet to the centavo. AWB 203-80223640 (23 Aug 2026) was billed ₱65.00/kg on the same lane because it went through the walk-in counter under a private shipper's name with no account number — roughly 3× the rate. Anything not booked on CP4909 is not priced by this calculator.
Gross profit = revenue before EVAT, less the full Cebu Pacific bill, less our local cost. The 12% EVAT we charge the customer is excluded from revenue because we remit it. The Cebu Pacific expense is counted VAT-inclusive, because that VAT is cash we actually pay out on the booking. This is the conservative read and the one that matches what leaves the bank. Chargeable weight = higher of actual vs volumetric (L×W×H ÷ divisor per piece), rounded up to the next kg. Divisor defaults to 3,500 cm³/kg, confirmed against AWB 203-80223640 (56×40×25 cm billed at exactly 16.00 kg). Fuel surcharge defaults to ₱2.50/kg; adjust it in step 3 to match the actual rate on the booking when CEB revises it. EVAT 12% applied on all charges.

The per-kg rate above is only the weight charge. These ride on top of it, and all of them are then subject to 12% EVAT — which is why the true cost per kilo always runs well above the rate card, especially on small shipments.

Cargo declared at ₱200/kg or more is billed at the VCR base rate multiplied by a factor set by value per kilo. The VCR column in the master list is the base, not the billed rate.

Observed exception: on a walk-in booking dated 23 Aug 2026 with a declared value of ₱1,667/kg, CEB billed rate class N and charged valuation as a flat 1% instead of applying VCR. Tick Ignore VCR on the SRB Cargo tab to match that behaviour.

These are SRB's account rates. Bookings placed on SRB's own CEB account CP4909 are billed exactly what you see here — verified against AWB 203-79565334 of 15 Aug 2026 to the centavo. A walk-in booking under a private shipper's name is a different tariff altogether: AWB 203-80223640 of 23 Aug 2026 was billed ₱65.00/kg on Manila–Caticlan where this card says ₱22.00. Anything not booked on CP4909 is not priced by this table.
